5/26/2020 - Investigators with the Canadian County Sheriff’s Office arrested Mickey Raper, 45, of Wheatland Oklahoma, on Thursday, May 21, 2020 after he began an illegal and graphic sexual social media and texting relationship with a 14-year-old female.  While Raper believed he was communicating with an under-aged Canadian County minor, he was instead communicating with an undercover Canadian County Sheriff's Deputy using an undercover profile on a popular social media website.
